Artists and Locations
By the end of Big Picture Fest 2024, Frankston City will be home to over 70 striking murals created by some of the world’s most iconic street artists.
Eleven artists will be working their magic during the festival, including eight traditional street artists, two digital projectionists and Melbourne’s best miniaturist, Tinky.
