STRONG SISTERS
You’re invited to the Strong Sisters Sportsfest!
The Strong Sisters Sportsfest at the Mayor’s Family Picnic is a free Come and Try event for Mothers/Mother figures and daughters. The event is running in conjunction with the Mayor’s Family Picnic.
A variety of local and state sports and recreation organisations will be there including AFLW, Cricket Victoria, Frankston Football Club, Football Victoria, Bayside Gymnastics, PARC, Frankston Raiders, Reclink, Frankston Hockey Club, Carrum Downs Cricket Club, Carrum Downs Tennis Club, Frankston Archery Club and plenty more!
Each student who attends the event will receive a $10 voucher to take back to their school to go towards sporting equipment from Knight Sports. This event is open to all, with a focus on engaging with mothers (mother figures) and daughters, creating a pathway to ongoing participation in a local sport or activity.
