We have all heard about the power of keeping a diary or journal, but have you thought how it can enhance your wellbeing? In a casual setting, this hands-on online workshop explores the power of writing a journal, assists you to set up your own journal, and it will have participants completing the first pages focusing on gratitude, wisdom and strength, while creating an opportunity to connect with others and share your story.
Our presenter, Annette Subhani from New Pathways, has an empowering approach that will encourage participation and ensure you leave with meaningful strategies to support your wellbeing. We ask you to gather a few resources that will become the foundation of your journal. This includes an A4 plastic pocket display book and lined notepad. Further workshop resources will be emailed to you a few days prior the session. Please join us for this journal workshop at 12 noon on Monday 23 November, via Zoom. Bookings are essential.
